New STUB axles and the steering linkage

edited June 2013 in IET Formula Goblin
We have just purchased the new style stub axles and have fitted them to the Goblin (in the same position as we did with the old stub axles last year). The problem is that the steering linkage bar is now too long and both wheels now point in (about 30 degrees). Has anyone discovered a work around for this that doesn't involve cutting the linkage bar? If so, we would love to hear what you did.

  • Hi Tom

The new style stub axles do indeed need shorter linkages which we can supply if you are unable to cut your existing bars. Just email if you'd like to order from us.
